Coming by public transport:

From the Leuven railway station you can take any bus leaving from platform 2 (of the bus station). The bus stops at the main entrance of the hospital.
At platform 12 you can take the “ringbus” every 10 minutes (ride takes less time).

Coming by car:
Via highway E314
Take exit 16 and follow the signs for “Ziekenhuis”.

Via the Leuven ring:
Take the exit “UZ Leuven”

You can park in the visitor’s parking (to be paid) and enter the main entrance of the hospital.

Auditorium Baert:
The auditorium is not far from the main entrance of the hospital, at the ground floor.
Go right immediately after the reception desk. Follow the sign ‘Kinderradiologie”. You will pass a glass door; take the corridor at your left hand side a little bit further (Kinderradiologie). Follow this corridor. You will find the auditorium at your right hand side.

Lunch will be served in the Alma (Onderwijs & Navorsing 1). To get there, follow the Bordeaux arrows (starting in the entrance hall of the hospital). Take the elevator to the 4th floor and follow “Inkom Onderwijs en navorsing”. When you enter the foyer you can find the Alma restaurant at the opposite side. The space upstairs is reserved for you.

In the zoning you can follow the yellow ’Point Centre’ arrows which is a building close the IBMM and to our Institute. Our building is a curve-shaped red building with a big IPG sign at the top just close to a big turnabout. Parking are available in front or behind the building but the entrance is in front of the building (turnabout side). Go to the entrance desk for registration.
